Starters

Pear & feta cheese tart, green tomato chutney and rocket salad

Smoked salmon served with cucumber, parsley, potato, horseradish & yoghurt salad (gf)

Portobello mushroom soup (gf), croutons & grated cheddar (V)

Aubergine, cheddar cheese, tomato & basil gratin with salad (gf) (v)

Mains

Pork osso bucco (braised pork on the bone) served with chorizo, black pudding & pearl barley ‘risotto’

Rack of lamb, lamb & mint gravy, dauphin potatoes & winter salad (gf)

Cod loin served with salsa verde, roast squash & cavolo nero (gf)

Pumpkin gnocchi, cavolo nero, red pepper, aubergine & tomato sauce, chickpeas & salad (gf) (v)

Desserts

Cafe gourmand (shot of espresso served with tarte au citron, mini éclair & chocolate truffle)

Gateau basque (apple & date) served with sea buckthorn Chantilly cream

Chocolate & almond Christmas pudding served with ice cream (gf)

Coffee syrup & ricotta cheesecake with a pannetone base
